Bhupinder Pal Singh Chandel Descending from a Royal Indian heritage, Bhupinder was born in 1935 in northern India. On the third day of his life, a Tuesday, he refused to have nourishment placed into his mouth. He naturally fasted every Tuesday thereafter, which turned out to be the holy fasting day for the revered Hindu monkey-god Hanuman. It did not take long for Bhupinder's parents to realize his enlightened state of being, and knew this special child was indeed blessed by God.
